We are R.L. “Buff” and Gail Benson, owners, and operators of Camp TLC Goldens, Camp TLC Pet Resort, and TLC Mobile Pet Grooming.
We have been Silicon Valley’s trusted Pet Care Professionals since 1989. Together we bring over 50 years of education and experience to pet care.

Healthy dogs are our #1 priority. We like people, but we love animals. We’ve dedicated our lives to breeding, nurturing, grooming, homing, and championing the wellbeing of our four-legged friends. Everything we do puts them first.
Our Breeding Philosophy
Our mission is to give our English Cream Golden Retrievers puppies the best possible start, setting them up for long healthy lives as your loving companions.
We surround our dogs and their litters with experienced care and love. They live in our home as a treasured part of our family, alongside our own furry loved ones. They are constantly stimulated, exercised, and challenged. We even teach them to swim – everyone should see a pool full of golden retriever puppies.
We specialize in healthy, energetic, and loyal English Cream Golden Retrievers.
We practice Early Neurological Stimulation, resulting in confident, engaged, trainable puppies.
We keep puppies with their mother for a minimum of ten weeks, ensuring they are fully weaned.
We encourage spaying and nurturing only after the puppy has grown strong from their new hormones – at least 18 months.
We’re passionate about keeping the breed strong and ensuring only the most desirable genes are continued.
